Refund policy
Our policy allows returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with the original packaging. Please contact our customer service team at bustedlensprotectors@gmail.com to initiate a return.
When contacting us to initiate a return, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Mailing address
- Reason for the return
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once a return label has been issued, the item must be brought to USPS within 14 days.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund within ten business days. Please note that the date of the refund posting to your account is determined by the credit card company that issued the credit.
Trackable Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Saleable Condition: For returned items to be eligible for a refund, they must be new, unaltered, and free of any odors or fragrances. Any item(s) that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. If we receive a returned item that cannot be resold, we will notify you and offer to return the item to you at your expense. If you choose not to have the item returned, we will dispose of it responsibly.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately through our contact page or via email at bustedlensprotectors@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
